Falling Off the Health Wagon: A Journey Back to Self-Care

Falling off the health wagon is not a failure—it’s an opportunity. The journey back to self-care can be a powerful experience, one that reconnects us with our values and deepens our understanding of what it means to live a life that nurtures mind, body, and spirit.
Recognizing the Need for Balance

As the weekend approaches, consider what self-care looks like for you. How can you use this time to recharge? For me, the plan is to regroup with a hike, a good book, a soothing bath, and a cup of tea. These simple yet meaningful activities help me feel grounded and prepared for the busy weeks ahead.
